A day out with Khaled in Cairo 🚖

I really got to experience Cairo and Giza when I drove with Kahled, the city’s craziest taxi driver. His classic old-fashioned taxi looks like the Egyptian Museum in mobile.

But it is much more spectacular to drive with him to special corners of this city. Although not every spot is safe to be experienced by foot, I saw both sides of life in Africa’s largest city in safe company.

Of course Khaled also showed me the beautiful sides of the city. From the citadel there is an overwhelming view of the sea of houses in this city, which now has over 22 million inhabitants. Driving through the winding streets of Chan el-Challili remains an unforgettable experience for me.

For such a trip with Kahled from the airport to the pyramids, about 6 hours should be planned.

If you also want to go for a spin with this dazzling taxi driver, please contact me. Kahled also offers many other trips that I haven’t done yet.
